What is Virgin Hair?
The term virgin hair means that the hair is 100% natural. It has not been altered by dyes, bleaches, or chemical processes in any way.
How is it measured?
The straight hair is measured by their length
The wavy and curly hair are measured by pulling them straight
How much Virgin Hair is needed for a full head?
We recommend 2-3 bundles of hair for a full sew in. Any thing over 16’, we recommend ordering 3-4 bundles. Remember, the longer the hair the shorter the weft widths. If you desire lots of volume, you will need to order 3-4 packs of hair.
Will extension hair damage my own?
No, as long as it is done properly by a professional and proper hair care is followed. We recommend that you do not use any chemicals.
Can the Virgin hair be straightened or curled?
Yes, it is 100% human hair. You can curl and straighten the hair as desired.
Can I color my new Virgin hair?
Yes, our hair is 100% Human Hair. Therefore it can handle the coloring process, although we suggest that you consult with a professional for coloring your new hair.
Does Hair By TM have a return policy or exchange policy?
All sales are final. Due to Federal Law, We do not except returns due to Federal law of which used human hair products cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.
Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale, make all guarantees null and void. We cannot accept back any human hair that has been installed or altered (washed, brushed, combed or cut). We suggest that you inspect the hair without opening the bundles to make sure the product is to your satisfaction.
If it’s determined that Hair By TM is the party at fault, we shall exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer. You must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package to qualify for an exchange.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes, we ship worldwide. UPS and USPS domestic orders and Fed Ex for international orders.
How long does shipping usually take?
Allow 3-5 business days after purchase for processing. Shipping times varies based on location.
